1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at 8jljl or by accessing any service offered on the 8jljl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 8jljl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 8jljl platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes continuing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 8jljl, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sports wagering, bingo, sabong, slot games, and any other gaming or promotional service made available through the 8jljl platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the 8jljl platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's 8jljl Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 8jljl website at https://8jljl.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any application software provided by 8jljl.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 8jljl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR;
• You are accessing the 8jljl Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted under applicable local law;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8jljl, PAGCOR, or any other recognized responsible gaming registry;
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any person employed by 8jljl or any of its affiliated entities or software providers;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement of this nature.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the 8jljl Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 8jljl reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances associated with the duplicate Accounts.

4.2 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You undertake to update your Account information promptly should any details change.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), 8jljl conducts mandatory KYC verification for all Accounts. You will be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilSys national ID, driver's license) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. 8jljl may request additional documentation at any time.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 8jljl will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify 8jljl Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

8jljl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, and Coins.ph. 8jljl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account's cashier section. 8jljl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 8jljl bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfer channels. 8jljl may impose withdrawal limits and may require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 8jljl monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Any transaction that 8jljl determines to be potentially associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8jljl offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms;
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied;
• Each promotion is available only once per Account, per household, per device, per IP address, or per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• 8jljl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• 8jljl reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus amounts if it determines that the Player has attempted to exploit promotional terms through abuse, collusion, or any form of irregular play;
• Promotions may be subject to game restrictions — not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the 8jljl Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other unauthorized program to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or any unlawful source;
• Using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to circumvent or tamper with 8jljl's security systems;
• Engaging in any conduct that 8jljl, in its reasonable discretion, deems abusive, harassing, or harmful toward other players or 8jljl staff.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8jljl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 8jljl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

No part of the 8jljl Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 8jljl. Any unauthorized use of 8jljl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement actionable under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8jljl's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8jljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service; (c) any loss of data or unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security; or (d) any technical error, system malfunction, or telecommunications failure beyond 8jljl's reasonable control.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes or winnings, 8jljl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant wagers. 8jljl's records shall constitute conclusive evidence of all transactions in the event of a dispute.

10 Responsible Gaming

8jljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following player protection tools are available to all registered 8jljl Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations and receive time-elapsed notifications;
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic prompts displaying your session duration and net gaming position;
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a temporary or permanent self-exclusion to your Account, preventing access for a defined period or indefinitely;
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term account pause of 24 hours to 28 days.

Requests for self-exclusion must be honored within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 8jljl will take all reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded Players are not targeted by marketing communications during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 8jljl

8jljl reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without notice, where 8jljl has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is being used fraudulently or in connection with criminal activity; (c) there is a risk of harm to other players, 8jljl, or any third party; or (d) 8jljl is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 8jljl Support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, applicable bonus conditions will be assessed, and any remaining eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue to apply, including without limitation, Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 8jljl is governed by the 8jljl Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

8jljl processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your data is processed for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. 13 Amendments to These Terms

8jljl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 8jljl Support to seek resolution through 8jljl's internal complaints process. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under the applicable PAGCOR licensing regulations.

Nothing in this Section shall limit 8jljl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect 8jljl's legitimate interests.
